William Messinger, JD, LADC
President
One reason Bill started ARP was to improve recovery rates for functional alcoholics and addicts after seeing friends and treatment peers repeatedly relapse and suffer due to the inability to stop using alcohol/drugs. Using treatment concepts modeled after highly successful programs for physicians and pilots, Bill advises families in adopting similar approaches for their addicted loved ones to prevent relapse and attendant malpractice concerns. Bill received his BA from Yale; his JD from the University of Minnesota; and his chemical dependency training at Hazelden. He has a thorough understanding of the treatment needs of the affluent and prominent, as well as the challenges these individuals face when returning home after treatment.
