INTERVENTION SERVICES
Our interventions are performed in a supportive and respectful environment. We use a non-judgmental, objective and caring process. The alcoholic or addict, or someone struggling with addictive behavioral issues, is given the choice to stop drinking or using and to begin learning healthier ways of dealing with life's problems.
The intervention gives families and others the opportunity to stop caring for the alcoholic or addict, and start showing how much you care about him or her.
Here are some other specialized features of our intervention and treatment approach:
We perform crisis interventions – meaning that we provide services which respond to an alcohol or other drug user's needs during acute emotional or physical distress.
We provide experienced, professional guidance, assistance, and support for a client's efforts to develop and maintain a responsible, functional lifestyle.
We offer individual planning to minimize the potential for a return to harmful alcohol or chemical use.
We recognize obstacles outside the scope of our training, skill or competence and refer clients to other appropriate professional services.
We offer case management including assessment, counseling and planning for treatment options.
We offer these services to family members and others who are directly connected or affected by someone using alcohol or other drugs.
